I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few nights and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite being located slightly outside the city center, it was only a short and enjoyable walk to reach the bustling streets of the Krakowskie Przedmiescie. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with bright and comfortable rooms that had the added bonus of air conditioning. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the value for money here is outstanding. Considering the prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Alexandra at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist me. The location, slightly outside the city centre, provided a peaceful and quiet stay while still being conveniently close to the historical old town. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with air conditioning and I loved having a nice balcony to relax on. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day.

All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine.

Nothing bad to say.

During my Christmas stay, the two things I liked the most were the comfy bed and the delicious breakfast. The location was also great as it was close to both the city center and a petrol station. Another advantage was the good value for the price.

There were a few things I disliked during my stay. the noise levels were pretty high due to the hotel's location next to a busy road.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kettle and hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent, with the option to order hot meals. We appreciated the easy access to the main road and the availability of parking spaces. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to bring an extra child without charge. The location was convenient, being close to the city center.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and it was fantastic! the breakfast was amazing and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. the room was clean and cozy! the hotel location was great, just a short walk from the city center and close to public transportation.
